This text describes personal data handling on livvay.com and the access request. We do not claim an LGPD, HIPAA, or GDPR compliant seal.
What we do
Livvay offers online consults, a diet plan, medicine organization, and AI with human review.
We do not offer automatic diagnosis, a cure, a lab in your pocket, our own wearable as a ready product, Twin, or a DNA reading with 100+ biomarkers.
Data
On the access request, we collect name, email, reason for interest, and, if you mark it, the organization name.
With the request, we also keep an identifier derived from your IP and the browser User-Agent. They stay on the request record. The IP in the clear is used for the anti-abuse challenge when the form opens and when you send the form. The IP in the clear does not stay on the record.
Do not send labs, prescriptions, or clinical history in this public form.
Technical logs may keep date, route, and error type, without clinical content.
LGPD bases
We use LGPD as a reference for legal bases. We do not claim a compliance seal.
Steps prior to a contract: receive and reply to the access request.
Consent: optional analytics, only after Accept analytics.
Legitimate interest: form security, such as rate limits and an anti-abuse challenge, without a clinical profile.
Legal duty: answer rights requests and keep the minimum the law requires.
AI and human review
AI may help organize questions and draft decisions.
Sensitive decisions go through human review before they count for care.
AI does not issue an automatic diagnosis and does not replace a professional.

Sharing
The DPO office may receive data requests.
Hosting and email operators process what is needed to publish the site and reply to the request.
We do not sell personal data.

Write to [email protected] or [email protected]. Describe the request without sending health data in that email, if you can.
Security
We limit what we collect on the site. The form has a send limit and verification fields.
This reduces risk. It is not a security seal and does not replace care about what you send.
